On July 17, 2024, The Prescott Regional Communications Center (PRCC) was awarded full accreditation status through Arizona Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (ALEAP), Emergency Communications Centers Accreditation Program. This accomplishment makes PRCC the first and only regional, multi-jurisdictional, multi-discipline communications center in the State of Arizona to receive this prestigious recognition.
This well-earned award and designation mean that PRCC met or exceeded the standards set by industry experts, which were documented and lauded by outside experts who analyzed and evaluated the capabilities, competencies and performance standards at PRCC.
Chief Amy Bonney states, “This significant accomplishment was a direct result of the hard work and dedication of the team that supports each of our 9 partner agencies every single day. I could not be prouder of the team of amazing and dedicated professionals at PRCC who work tirelessly each day because they love our agencies and the communities that they serve.”
