Yavapai College Prescott Art Gallery’s first exhibition of 2024 features work by artists who are also staff members at the college.
The YC Staff Art Showcase opens January 19 with an eclectic mix of paintings, woodwork, prints, and sculpture created by art department studio assistants, gallery workers, academic advisors, eLearning specialists, and other talented YC support staff members.
The exhibition runs from Friday, January 19 to Saturday, February 17.
Among the artists participating in the show are Karel Armstrong, Thatcher Bohrman, Steve Dudar, Scott Heide, Jason Hook, Tim Hull, Saveria Judge, Heatherly Knowles, Edd Mastio, Keelin Miller, Dennis Peterson, Steve Straussner, and Gail Trembly.
There will be an Opening Reception on Friday, January 26 from 5pm – 7pm, during the Fourth Friday Artwalk.
All events are free and open to the public.
