Conservatives to Host Randy Miller, Director, Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association

The Yavapai County Chapter of the Conservatives for a Constitutional Republic (ConCR) will host Mr. Randy Miller, Director of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association at their upcoming meeting,  Saturday, November 25, at the Bible Baptist Church in Chino Valley. The meeting is free and open to the public. Doors open at 10:45am. The meeting will begin promptly at 11:15am.   Seating is limited and an RSVP  is requested.

Mr. Miller is a long time conservative activist and public speaker who is best known for his classes on the US Constitution which he has given in Yavapai County and throughout the state. In the past year he has spoken regularly at the monthly meetings of the Verde Valley Republican Club. As Director of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association he has been an outspoken critic of Second Amendment restrictions proposed by the Biden Administration such as increased background checks, longer waiting periods, limits on the size of magazines, and so-called Red Flag laws.

Mr. Miller’s talk this Saturday will focus on HCR 2039 and HCR 2033. HCR 2039 was a resolution before the 56th session of the Arizona Legislature which would have referred to the state ballot an amendment to the state constitution limiting the emergency powers of the Governor.  It did not pass but is expected to be reintroduced in the next legislative session. HCR 2033 was a Resolution referring to the voters an amendment to the state constitution dealing with partisan primary elections. It passed both the House and Senate and is awaiting action by the Secretary of State.

The Yavapai Chapter of Conservatives for a Constitutional Republic is a group of conservative activists dedicated to defending and promoting the values of representative government as set forth in the United States Constitution.  They are a private organization and not directly affiliated with any political party.  However,  most members are registered Republicans or conservative leaning Independents who are civically engaged or are current or former elected officials or candidates for office. ConCR meets monthly at the Bible Baptist Church,  3490 N State Road 89 in Chino Valley. Recent speakers include Congressman Paul Gosar,  Andy Biggs, Eli Crane, State Senator Wendy Rogers, former Arizona Representative Liz Harris, and Arizona Attorney General Candidate Abe Hamadah.

ConCR is a membership organization. However, in the interest of informing voters about important issues and candidates, the appearances of guest speakers of high public interest are open to the public. All those wishing to meet Randy Miller and learn more about HCR 2039 and HCR 2033  are invited to attend. RSVPs are requested and  should be addressed to concr2018@gmail.com.
