Located at 3124 Willow Creek Road, Prescott, our Family Physicians, Family Nurse Practitioners, and Family Physician Assistants are dedicated to providing high quality, accessible and affordable primary healthcare services. Same day appointments are available and walk-ins are welcome on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Services include Family Medicine, Women’s Health & Exams, Men’s Health & Exams, Immunizations, Flu Rapid Tests, Covid Rapid Tests, IV Infusion Therapy, Sports & School Physicals, Wound Care, Electrocardiograms (EKG), Skin biopsies, Asthma & Arthritis Care, Prevention & Wellness, as well as Personalized Health Plans.
Open Monday – Friday: 8 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday: 8 am to 2 pm. Insurance Accepted.
