Unlock the Best Value: Exploring MFax Pricing Plans

To the average American, faxing may seem like an antiquated communication method that has no place in the modern world. People working in highly regulated fields like medicine and finance know that’s not the case. The faxing process has simply changed.

These days, physical fax machines are no longer necessary. Instead, people send and receive secure faxes digitally using a service like MFax. This article will explore pricing for mFax plans to make it easier for those working with sensitive information can best meet their organizations’ needs.

Why MFax?

There are many online faxing services available, yet MFax reliably gets named one of the best, particularly for those in the medical and financial fields. The reason for this preference is that MFax offers not just good fax quality and easy-to-use features like cloud storage, PDF file conversions, and custom cover pages but also guaranteed HIPAA compliance.

Pricing Plans

Now that future customers know why MFax is the right solution, it’s time to discuss individual pricing plans. The digital faxing service offers plans for everyone from individual users to enterprise-level companies, so there’s an option for everyone. Here’s what to expect at each pricing tier:

Solo Plan

MFax’s plans start at just $12 per month, or $10 per month if customers pay in full for each year. This introductory-level plan allows users to send or receive 250 pages per month to and from one assigned fax number. Customers can add additional numbers for $5.00 each and pay $0.10 per page if they want to send more than 250 per month but don’t feel that it’s worth upgrading to the next pricing tier.

Team Plan

Like the Solo plan, MFax’s Team plan can be billed on a monthly or annual basis. In this case, it costs either $29 per month or $25 per month if paid annually. The Team plan accommodates up to five users sharing one fax number, but customers can add additional users or numbers for $4.00 each. The Team plan lets people send or receive up to 500 pages per month for free and lowers the charge for additional pages to $0.08 per page.

Business Plan

The Business plan allows up to 15 users to send up to 1,000 pages per month from one fax number for free. Additional users and numbers can be added for $3.00 each and customers can send extra pages for $0.06 per page. The business plan costs $59 per month or $50 per month when paid annually.

Enterprise Plan

MFax’s Enterprise plan is perfect for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This plan allows customers to send up to 2,500 pages per month for free and additional pages at $0.05. Up to 50 users and one fax number are included with the plan and customers pay just $2.00 per additional user or fax number. The plan costs $119 per month with a monthly subscription or $99 per month when paid annually.
