Yavapai Reentry Project, a project of MATFORCE, is a reentry program in Yavapai County whose aim is to support people returning from incarceration and help them find hope for their future. The Yavapai Reentry Project offers resources and classes that promote these efforts and make a lasting and beneficial impact upon the community.
It can be mentally, emotionally, and financially difficult for someone to make the transition from incarceration back into the community. Loved ones often encounter challenges and barriers during this transition as well. From Inmate to Citizen, a free virtual class, discusses ways that family members and loved ones can help support people returning from incarceration and find out about resources that are available.
