Mark Finchem to Speak before Conservatives for a Constitutional Republic

The local chapter of Yavapai County’s Conservatives for a Constitutional Republic  (ConCR) has announced that former state representative, Mark Finchem ( LD11 R), who was the Republican candidate for Arizona Secretary of State, will speak at their upcoming monthly meeting, this Saturday, May 20th, in Chino Valley. The meeting is free and open to the public but seating is limited. Those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP.

Mr. Finchem was a four term member of the Arizona House of Representatives representing LD11 from 2014 to 2022. He was a member of and later leader of a group of conservative House members known as the Liberty Caucus. He is currently the leader of the Arizona Coalition of Western States which opposes federal control of western lands and champions state sovereignty.

In 2022 Mr. Finchem won a contested Republican primary as a Trump endorsed candidate to become the Republican nominee for Secretary of State. Along with Kari Lake and Abe Hamadah, he was unsuccessful in the 2022 general election. Following this loss, he challenged the result in court. Despite judicial rebuffs and dismissals, his challenges to the 2020 election continue to be heard.

Mr. Finchem has become a nationally recognized advocate for conservative causes. In his talk to local conservatives this Saturday, he will discuss the evidence for the “stolen elections” in 2020 and 2022, and various proposals that have been considered by the Arizona legislature and other legislatures across the country to restore integrity to the electoral process.

The Yavapai County Chapter of Conservatives for a Constitutional Republic is a group of conservative activists dedicated to defending and promoting the values of representative government as set forth in the United States Constitution. They are a private organization and not directly affiliated with a political party. However, most members are registered Republicans or conservative leaning Independents who are civically engaged or are current or former elected officials or candidates for office.

ConCR meets monthly at the Bible Baptist Church, 3490 N State Road 89, in Chino Valley. Recent speakers include CD2 Congressman Eli Crane, Congressmen Paul Gosar and Andy Biggs, State Senator Wendy Rogers, Sheriff David Rhodes, and many other prominent conservative figures and candidates for office.

ConCR is a membership organization. However, in the interest of informing voters about important issues and candidates, the appearances of guest speakers of high public interest are open to the public. All those wishing to meet Mark Finchem and learn about the “stolen election” of 2020, are cordially invited to attend. Doors open at 10:45 am. The meeting will begin promptly at 11:15 am. RSVP’s are requested and should be addressed to concr2018@gmail.com .
