Following an extensive search by Chino Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) staff, Kaitlin McGill has been offered the position as Principal at Heritage Middle School (HMS).
The next step in the process is presentation of the offer to the CVUSD Governing Board for approval at its next meeting, Monday, April 10, 2023, 5:00 pm, 650 East Center Street in Chino Valley, AZ.
McGill is a 2007 graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a BS in aeronautics and received her Master of Arts degree in management and human resources from American Public University in 2014. She is currently a science teacher and department chair at Crane Middle School in Yuma.
She was the Arizona Rural Schools Association Teacher of the Year in 2021 and now serves on the ARSA board as the board secretary.
