Prose Open Mic at the Elks Performing Arts Center, March 8th

Join us for Prose Open Mic at the Elks in person on March 8th. Masks are optional. Doors open at 6:45 pm.

Sessions are held in a beautifully restored room (the Sundance Room) on the third floor of the Elks Performing Arts Center. Refreshments are provided. A $5 donation is suggested to cover expenses.

The evening features a 15-minute reading by Darby Walker. Other readers share 10-minute selections from their novel or memoir, short story, or other fiction or non-fiction piece. No poetry or music.

Just in the mood to listen? We’d love to have you. Enjoy an evening of inspiration–sometimes sad, sometimes hilarious, always moving. We record and post our featured author’s reading on our AZ Wordsmith Facebook page.

A table is provided for writers/authors who wish to sell their books. AZ Wordsmith assumes no responsibility for the sales.
