Senator Wendy Rogers to Speak to Verde Valley Republicans

The Verde Valley Republican Club has announced that it will host Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers at their monthly meeting this Tuesday,  November 2, 2021, at the VFW Post 7400,  705 E Aspen Street,  in Cottonwood.  Doors open at 11am. An RSVP is requested at VerdeValleyRepublicans@gmail.com.

Senator Wendy Rogers (R-LD6)  was elected to the State Senate in 2020 and  is widely considered one of the most conservative  members of the Arizona Senate.  She has been an outspoken critic of the 2020 election  and has championed President Trump’s claims of election irregularities and the urgent  need  for stronger measures to ensure election integrity.

As a state senator she has  been a staunch supporter of the 2nd  Amendment,  free speech,  border security, and school  choice.  She has been a leading voice opposing liberal indoctrination in public education and efforts by government school officials  to adopt the 1619 Curriculum and  impose Critical  Race Theory in Arizona schools.  As a strong conservative and  Trump  supporter,  she has  come under attack by the mainstream media.  Her talk on Tuesday, titled “The Rest of  the Story”  will discuss the evidence for a “stolen election”  and the liberal media’s denialism  and vilification toward those  fighting  to restore election integrity.

The Verde Valley Republicans represent an organized effort to unite and coordinate the activities of Republicans and political conservatives in the Verde  Valley area.   Political clubs currently active in this area include the Mingus Mountain Republican Club, Republicans of the Red Rocks, and  Conservatives for a Constitutional Republic.  The area served  encompasses Camp Verde,  Cottonwood,  Clarkdale,  Jerome,  Cornville,  Oak Creek and Sedona.  Under election maps currently proposed by the Independent Redistricting  Committee,  most of these areas  will be combined with the rest of Yavapai County into a new legislative district  beginning with the 2022 election cycle.

The November 2nd meeting of the Verde Valley Republicans is free and open to the public.  Those wishing to meet Senator Rogers and hear “The Rest of the Story”  are cordially invited to attend.   RSVP’s should be addressed to  VerdeValleyRepublicans@gmail.com.
