The Arizona Community Foundation of Yavapai County invites the community to view, like, and share the Facebook videos that five nonprofits have created showcasing their work and impact in Prescott and the Verde Valley. These nonprofits—known as ACF of Yavapai County’s ‘Shining Stars’—will have a chance to receive funding based on the number of ‘likes’ their respective videos receive on Facebook.
To view the videos, visit ACF of Yavapai County’s Facebook page at facebook.com/azfoundation.
Typically, the Shining Stars are recognized and given the opportunity for additional funding at ACF of Yavapai County’s annual Joy of Giving event in August. Unfortunately, this year the event has been canceled to protect the safety of the community in light of COVID-19 concerns.
