The Prescott Valley Police Department is asking the public’s help to locate armed runaway juvenile, Andy Olofson. In the early morning of 12/20/21, Andy broke into and damaged a locked file cabinet and removed 2 handguns and 2 boxes of ammunition. The handguns are described as a Ruger 9mm and a Hi Point 9mm. Andy
