As of this morning (10/20), the Horse Fire has burned 9,162 acres. It is 21% contained. The fire remains active above Hooper Saddle and in upper reaches of Blind Indian Creek. The southern half of the fire is quiet. 330 personnel are working on the containment of the fire, but the dry and windy conditions
