Elicia Morigeau, a mother and businesswoman always had a dream of starting a small competitive cheer team in her community. Watching her very own daughters cheer and coaching a competitive cheer team in California are some of the happiest memories Morigeau cherishes. In 2018 her youngest daughter was in her last year of cheer and
