City of Prescott and Prescott Fire Department Announce Loss of Firefighter

The City of Prescott and the Prescott Fire Department are saddened to announce the loss of Firefighter/EMT Tye Seets.   He leaves behind his wife Karissa, two young children, along with extended family in the Prescott, AZ Quad-City area.  Prior to his employment with the City of Prescott, Tye served honorably with the United States Army.

Ongoing City Negotiations with Arizona Eco Development (AED)

The City of Prescott Negotiating Team has been working closely with AED since the adoption of the Letter of Intent related to the proposed Development Agreement & Annexations last fall. City of Prescott Mayor Rescinds Proclamation of Emergency

Prescott Mayor Greg Mengarelli today (1/30/2021) rescinded the Proclamation of Emergency, related to a series of snow storms  which took place in Prescott January 24-29.  The proclamation, which was in accordance with ARS 26-311, and allows for the City to seek reimbursement if and when a State or Federal Emergency or Disaster Declaration is made.
