  • On Tuesday, the Prescott and Humboldt Unified School District Boards approved goals for the upcoming school year.
  • The Arizona Corporation Commission was in Prescott Thursday night to gather input on proposed rate increase applications.
  • The Dewey-Humboldt Town Council held a retreat Friday.
  • Tuesday night was National Night Out, a crime prevention and drug awareness event.
  • On Monday, District One Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick kicked off her Working for You Tour.
  • The Prescott City Council rejected authorization of a Transportation Enhancement Program application Tuesday.
  • The Prescott Chamber of Commerce, the Central Arizona Partnership and the Yavapai County Contractors Association co-sponsored a City Council candidate forum at the Yavapai College Performance Hall Wednesday night.
  • And the United Yavapai Fire Fighters announced it would be endorsing Marlin Kuykendall as its Mayoral candidate in the September 1st Primary election.
