Voters in the 2019 August Primary election have two options for casting their ballots - either through the mail-in ballot being sent out starting today, or in person at the County building on Fair street.
Ballots are being mailed on Wednesday, July 31 (that’s today!) through the US Mail. If you do not receive your ballot by Friday, August 9, you are asked to contact the Recorder’s Office at 928.771.3248. Don’t forget to sign your affidavit envelope in your original handwriting!
According to County Recorder Leslie Hoffman, early voting starts today, July 31 for the Prescott Primary Election. Voting will continue through August 27 at 7 PM.
August 16 is the last day to request an early ballot by mail.
If you would like to vote early in person, you may do so at the Yavapai County Recorder’s Office at 1015 Fair Street, Room 228 in Prescott. Voting in person hours will be Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with booths open until 7 PM on August 27, Election Day.
