Arrest Made in Fatal Chino Valley Collision

On 06/25/2019 Chino Valley Police Detectives received the blood results of Scott Enyart Jr. a 44-year-old from Paulden, AZ, from the Arizona Department of Public Safety crime lab. 

Scott Enyart Jr. was involved in a fatal collision which occurred on 03/18/2019 resulting in the deaths of Sarah Buntin, age 17, of Paulden, AZ and Nicole Nanni, age 18, of Paulden, AZ. 

The results showed Scott Enyart Jr. had Oxycodone and Zolpidem, commonly referred to as Ambien, in his system at the time of the collision. 

On 06/26/2019 Scott Enyart Jr. was arrested by Chino Valley Police Department Detectives at his home in Paulden, AZ. He was booked into the Yavapai County Jail on 2 counts of 2nd degree homicide, 2 counts of endangerment for running other motorists off the road prior to the fatal collision, and 1 count of driving under the influence of drugs.
