Military Parade on Sunday in Prescott Valley to Honor National Guard

The National Guard will march in Prescott Valley on Sunday.

On Sunday, March 6th, 2018 starting at approximately 1200 hours, the Town of Prescott Valley will be hosting a parade of approximately (105) United States National Guard Soldiers marching in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

The parade will start at 7401 E. Civic Circle (By the town library) in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

The route for the parade will be:

  • (West to East ) around the Civic Center down Civic Circle Drive
  • Then the parade will continue from Civic Circle down Lakeshore Drive to the west.

(The parade will march either down Main Street from Lakeshore Drive or back around Civic Circle returning to the library)

  • The transport buses will pick the soldiers back up in the area of the Prescott Valley library and transport them to the VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars Lodge) located on 5th Street in Prescott Valley.

CLOSED ROAD INFORMATION: Prescott Valley Public Works has informed the Prescott Valley Police Department that they will be in charge of road closures from Glassford Hill Road to Windsong Drive on Lakeshore Drive, and the roads leading to Civic Circle. They will re-open the roads when the parade is finished.
