Moisture Creeps Across Northern Arizona

30 May 2017

Did you get any rain today?

Surprise! It rained today. Just a little bit, but it might rain some more. Yep, the possibility of thunderstorms continues through Wednesday.

Moisture will creep across northern Arizona, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) offices in Flagstaff. Breezy weather is likely to accompany the thunderstorms, with wind gusts of 25-40 MPH possible. The winds will continue on Thursday, but it will be calmer through the weekend.

The NWS reminds the public, “When thunder roars, go indoors!”
