Weather Roller-Coaster in Prescott This Week

21 March 2017

Many took advantage of the lovely 70+º temperatures during Spring Break to get out and enjoy the wonderful area we live in. You’re welcome.

But, now, according to the National Weather Service, the weather is going to dip back into cooler temperatures and even bring a possibility of rain on Wednesday and Thursday. Higher elevations could possibly see a few snowflakes, as temperatures drop by as much as 20º.

Friday and Saturday should dry out and warm up to the 60’s, but it may be a little cooler again on Sunday and Monday as another low pressure system could moves into the region.

Remember, this is the time of the year for daily fluctuations in weather temps, wind and precipitation. Enjoy, and remember one of the unofficial state mottos, “If you don’t like the weather, wait an hour and it will change. After all, this is Arizona.”

You’ll want to be ready for everything - pack your umbrella and your sunglasses this week!
