Northern Arizona: Places to Visit on a First Date

We often see happy, joyful photos of traveling couples. Is this really the case? Do statistics tell the truth when they say that potential partners who travel together at the initial stage of relationships have strong ones in the future? Yes, this is true, because traveling allows you to get to know a person for what they really are, and not for what they pretend themselves to be. When traveling, people manifest themselves in unusual, sometimes even extreme conditions.

Also, joint trips teach you how to equip your life rationally and save your budget wisely.

Besides, joint traveling with your chosen one from Ukraine singles establishes communication, teaches listening to each other and understanding another person. But for the initial stage of a relationship, it is best to choose traveling within one country or even one state. If you are from Northern Arizona, then here is a list of places that you should definitely show your future better half!

1.  Grand Canyon

The national park of the same name is the location of several important cultural sites; it is here that the Tusayan Museum is located, which stores a rich collection of archaeological artifacts. Walking through the park and admiring the natural attractions, vacationers can discover a vast number of towers and observation decks that offer an unforgettable view of the surrounding area. In 2007, the park opened a rather unusual architectural object — the Grand Canyon SkyWalk cantilever bridge, which looks more like a large observation deck in the shape of a horseshoe.

2.  Desert

One of the most picturesque towns in Arizona is the desert town of Sedona. Residents of the state even say: “God created Grand Canyon — but he lives in Sedona.” Perhaps because it was built in utter harmony with nature, which is felt here at every step: even residential and public houses are built into the rocks. A must-see is one of the seven wonders of Arizona, the Chapel of the Holy Cross that can be recognized by the 27-meter cross on the facade. Another notable site is the Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, which started in 1970, a meeting place for art lovers and artisans creating unique products. The iconic Secret Garden café awaits tourists here. It is impossible not to mention the main natural attraction of the city — Bell Rock, but the Courthouse Butte also looks impressive.

3. Flagstaff

Another fascinating city in Arizona is Flagstaff where you can find many historical places. For example, the Wupatki National Monument historical park is another legacy from the ancient pueblos. It is worth noting that the dwellings are perfectly preserved, and one of the most exciting places is the ball field. The Riordan Mansion State Historic Park, where the industrialist brothers Timothy and Michael Riordan once lived, is also recommended to visit. The Historic Downtown and Railroad District are also worth a walk.

Traveling together can help you have a thrilling and memorable time together and show the value of being together. The rest entirely depends on you.
