The Yavapai College District Governing Board (DGB) will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 1, 1 p.m., at the Verde Valley Campus, Building M, Room 137, 601 Black Hills Dr., Clarkdale.
The meeting agenda includes the Board’s consideration of Proposed Tuition and Fees for Fiscal Year 2016-2017; review of the District Governing Board Budget Proposal for FY 2016-2017; and discussion of the viability in pursuing a separate Verde Valley Administrative College.
Information from Yavapai College President, Dr. Penny Wills, will include an announcement of the College’s All Arizona Academic Team; update on the search for the open Vice President for Instruction and Student Development position; March-April city/town community outreach efforts, and other related items.
Information from Scott Farnsworth, Interim Vice President for Instruction and Student Development, will feature updates from the Faculty Senate, Verde Valley Campus, and an overview of the Arizona Transfer program.
The meeting is expected to adjourn at about 4:30 pm.
