Congratulations to the Blockers!

John and Martha Blocker, long time Prescottonians, celebrated their 75th Wedding anniversary recently. John was in the Army Air Force during WWII.  He came home for a two-day leave and they got married. 

 



John and Martha celebrated with family, friends and Prescott Mayor Greg Mengarelli, a longtime family friend.  Four generations of Blockers were present to celebrate with them. Great grandson Trenton Blocker summed up their success, “you two have always led by example… love, commitment and Faith”.

The City Council will make a statement on Representative David Stringer’s recent comments.
