Steve Zipperman, AZ GOP Member at Large, to Speak at Conservative Gathering

The local chapter of Yavapai County’s Conservatives for a Constitutional Republic (ConCR)  has announced that Steve Zipperman,  AZ GOP Member at Large for Yavapai County, will give a talk on the Arizona Constitution at their monthly meeting, Saturday, February 25th, in Chino Valley.  His talk will focus on the history of the Arizona Constitution and some of its unique features such as the voter initiative and amendment process and the expansive executive powers vested in the Governor’s office.  The meeting is free and open to the public but seating is limited.  Those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP.

Mr. Zipperman is an attorney who practiced law in California before relocating to the Prescott area.  He served as First Vice Chair of the County Republican Party from 2020 to 2021.  In 2022 he stood for election to the Arizona State Senate and came within 228 votes of winning the Republican primary.   In January, Mr. Zipperman was elected to represent Yavapai County as a Member at Large of the State Republican Party’s Executive Committee.  He is well schooled in constitutional law.  For the last several years he has taught the Hillsdale College Constitutional Law course in Yavapai County.   Mr. Zipperman and his wife Sharon will again be offering this lecture series to the general public beginning February 27, 2023, at the VFW in Prescott Valley.

Registration can be made at Sharon@Zipperman.com.

The Yavapai County chapter of Conservatives for a Constitutional Republic is a group of conservative activists dedicated to promoting and defending the values of representative government as set forth in the United States Constitution.  They are a private organization and not directly affiliated with a political party.  However, most members are registered Republicans or conservative leaning Independents who are civically engaged or are current or former elected officials or candidates for office.  Top level state and national candidates and office holders regularly address the group.

ConCR meets monthly at the Bible Baptist Church, 3490 N State Road 89, in Chino Valley.  Recent speakers include Congressmen Paul Gosar, Eli Crane, Andy Biggs, State Senator Wendy Rogers, Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Horne, and many other prominent conservative figures and candidates for office.

ConCR is a membership organization.  However, in the interest of informing citizens about issues and candidates, the appearances of guest speakers of high public interest are open to the public.  Mr.  Zipperman’s talk on the Arizona Constitution is free and open to the public.  Time has been reserved for Q and A following his presentation.

Doors open at 11AM.  The meeting will begin promptly at 11:15am.  RSVP’s are requested and should be addressed to concr2018@gmail.com.

  1. CONCR is the most constitutional Christian organization in Arizona. As a 10 year member I support the Christian foundation of America through the successful efforts of the Pilgrims to create liberty through hard work and government of, by and for the people. There was 157 years of agricultural capitalism before 1776. Our constitution created by representatives of the 13 states in the Summer of 1787 was – is the foundation of America and the reason for America’s greatness.
That greatness has never been under the threat of being lost until today. America’s Founders as well as all who support our constitution are under threat of destruction by today’s Democrat Party. Stay connected to Prescott E News and join us at the monthly NONCR meetings the 4th Saturday of the month.
