Book Talk with Lizzy McNett- Prescott eNews Introduces A New Feature

A few months ago I had the good fortune to meet a local publisher, Lizzy McNett, founder and owner of Writers Publishing House, based in Paulden, Arizona. As we’ve gotten to know each other, I’ve learned that Lizzy has a deep love for all things literary and has a very practical understanding of the publishing world. This first Sunday in June seems like the right and perfect time to introduce this newest addition to the eNews lineup.

In addition to the political coverage which eNews has  been doing on a daily basis, my plan for the future is to expand our coverage of local culture and the arts.  Today we are introducing our newest offering:  Book Talk, with Lizzy McNett.  I recently sat down with Lizzy to discuss the local publishing scene and her founding of Writers Publishing  House over a decade ago.  The videocast that is below, is the result of that conversation.

Going forward,  Book Talk with Lizzy McNett will be presented twice monthly, on the first and third Saturdays of the month.  I sat in for the first show. But the program belongs to Lizzy.  She will pick her own subjects and schedule her own guests.

There  are a surprisingly large number of people in the Prescott area who have written or hope to write a book. If you are a local author,  Lizzy would like to hear from you.  If you dream of writing a book,  Lizzy can help you make that dream a reality.

If you are a reader or writer or book lover or simply have an interest in the culture of our community,  we hope you will find Book Talk with Lizzy McNett an engaging and worthwhile few minutes of your time.  Lizzy’s video interviews will  be posted to the Prescott eNews website and our social media accounts,  including Facebook  and YouTube.
