The Badgers made the trip to Kingman and took care of business, with a 67-51 win over the Lee Williams Volunteers.

Jason Parent had another big night, scoring 30 points for the Badgers, as they opened up an 18 point first quarter lead. Lee Williams, to their credit, made things interesting by doubling up the Badgers in the second quarter to pull within ten, at 30-20, going into the break.

Prescott was missing two starters, Zane Gaul and Logan Jex, and it did make a difference in the game, but the Badgers were able to get some solid minutes, along with 8 points from junior Micah Buettner. Jake Hilton started for Gaul and had another good game with 13 points. Uriah Tenette added 11.

The teams played a close second half with the Badgers getting a six point advantage. Once again Prescott shot well from the foul line, knocking down 13 of 16, while the Volunteers hurt themselves by missing some front ends of one and ones, ending with just 6 of 16.

Lee Williams was led by Jonny Allred with 18 points, and Jon Leon with 10. The two had only 4 points combined in the 65-25 loss at Prescott on January 6.

Prescott (7-1) in the Grand Canyon Region, and (14-8) overall, will host Mohave on Friday at 7pm. Lee Williams falls to (2-5) and (3-9).
