The Badgers beat American Leadership Academy-Queen Creek 7-0. Prescott had four first half goals, two by Ellie Magnett, and one each from Kari Kasun and Macey Vanwormer.
Two second half goals were scored by Riley Petkovich and one by freshman Delainey Lucas.
Coach Paul Campuzano said, “We played better tonight but we still are not patient and deliberate. We had significant contributions in the second half by our 8 new young players which was very helpful. We are not where we were last year, and need to focus as we have four more games over the next 10 days.”
Prescott (1-0-1) will be back home on Wednesday, to face Verrado at 5 pm.
