The Chino Valley Annual Territorial Days Event is taking place this weekend, September 3 and 4, 2021.
Organizers have added a few events to the annual celebration, including a free Movie in the Park on Friday night at Memory Park, located at Palomino Rd. and N Road 1 West, Chino Valley, AZ.
This will feature the 2006 Ben Stiller hit “Night at the Museum”. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, the movie will begin at dark. The Iron Horse Grill food truck will be on hand for guests to purchase food.
The Territorial Days Lions Club Pancake Breakfast will be held at the Chino Valley Senior Center on Saturday September 4, 2021, from 6am-11am. The Senior Center is located at 1021 W. Butterfield Rd, Chino Valley, AZ adjacent to Memory Park.
The Chino Valley High School Cross Country Team will be hosting its 23rd Annual 10k, 5k, & 2 Mile Run/Walk on Sat. beginning at 7:15 am, this will also be located at Memory Park.
The Territorial Days Parade will begin at approximately 9am, and be broadcast live on KDDL, Cattle Country, 94.3 FM/100.7 FM.
Activities in Memory Park will begin following the parade at 10 am and will include food trucks from around the Quad Cities area, vendor booths, and inflatable attractions and activities for the entire family.
The 71st Annual Chino Valley FFA Alumni Corn Dinner will be held at Del Rio School, 1036 N Rd 1 W, Chino Valley, AZ. The dinner runs from 3 pm to 7 pm, ticket information is available at the link below:

The weekend celebration will conclude with a Free Concert in the Park commemorating the Town’s 50th Anniversary, at Memory Park, from 6pm to 9pm, featuring Darin Mahoney with Ann Marie Schimberg, Road One South, and Scandalous Hands.
The Chino Valley FFA Alumni will be on site at the concert selling box dinners, along with several local service organizations and youth sports groups selling light refreshments and soft drinks.
The Wade Parker Memorial Foundation will be at the concert operating a Beer Garden in cooperation with Canyon Distributing, all proceeds go to the Foundation. The concert is being sponsored by Arizona’s Hometown Radio Group.
Former Chino Valley resident John Little composed a song many years ago, “The Ballad of Chino Valley”. Little will be traveling from his home in New Mexico to be part of the celebration, his ballad will be performed by Darin Mahoney at approximately 6:30 pm on the main stage.
