The “Come and Pitch” Tournament was held at Watson Lake on Saturday, and hosted by the Mile Hi Horseshoe Club.

The pitchers in the Class A category began with just a 2.84 average between the competitors, so things were expected to be close. Class B came down to the wire as well, but it was Chino Valley’s Hal Handelman capturing first place ahead of John Barney.

Larry Garcia made the trip up north pay off by taking first place in the Class C bracket. Terry Sloan from Prescott Valley took home second.

Opening pitching is available to anyone at the Watson Lake courts this Thursday at 6pm.

Prescott Valley will host the “Bring A Ringer” Tournament next Saturday at 9am. For more information you may contact Trisha Lincoln. You may reach Trisha by phone at (602)618-7014 or by email at pitchupnorthaz@gmail.com
