Yavapai Republican Party Elects Leadership Team for 2021-22

The Yavapai County Republican Committee met on Saturday, January 9th to elect a new Executive Team and State Committeemen.

Lois Fruhwirth of Prescott was elected as the new County Chairman, receiving 78% of the vote.  Lois previously served as Precinct Captain.  Steve Zipperman of Prescott was elected First Vice Chair, running unopposed.  Steve currently serves as Precinct Committeeman.  Connie Martin of Prescott was elected Second Vice Chair, after recently serving as Precinct Captain and running unopposed.  Anne Roper of Prescott Valley was elected Secretary, running unopposed.  Anne previously was Assistant Secretary.

Kara Woods of Prescott was elected Treasurer, running unopposed.  Kara previously was the Assistant Treasurer and was recently elected to the School Board for the Prescott Unified School District.  Suzanne Cook Catlin of Prescott was elected Assistant Secretary, receiving 58% of the vote.  Suzanne currently serves as Precinct and State Committeeman.  Kelli Woods of Prescott was elected Assistant Treasurer, running unopposed.  Kelli currently serves as Precinct Committeeman.

The new Executive team will be working diligently across the County, with all Precinct Committeemen and Volunteers, to maximize education, eligible voter turnout and to develop and elect Republican Candidates, including for all Arizona State and Federal offices.  Additional Information about the Yavapai County Republican Committee can be found at www.yavgop.org or by calling the Republican Headquarters at (928)776-4500.

  1. Good Morning. My husband and I are wondering if there is going to be a conservative peaceful protest at the Peescott Courthouse January 20.

    1. Actually Diana the Republican Party statewide is encouraging folks to stay home on 1/20. We do not want folks baited into any controversy nor violence. 🇺🇸
