The Prescott Area Association of Realtors announced its 2020 award winners on Oct. 16 at the Prescott Vibes Event Center in a special hybrid installation event. This installation incorporated socially-distanced in-person activities with an online livestream component for those not comfortable attending.
“Nothing means more to me than being recognized by my fellow PAAR Realtors,” said 2020 PAAR President and Realtor of the Year Award winner Jeff Bashaw. “It has been an honor and privilege serving PAAR and our members through this tumultuous year of COVID-19. I am so grateful to our members for giving me the opportunity to partner with our CEO to help PAAR move forward. Big things are on the way for our association.”

- 2020 Rising Star Award: Jennifer McMahon
- 2020 Distinguished Service Award: Faye Humphrey
In addition to announcing the 2020 award winners, the 2021 PAAR Officers and Directors were also installed at the event. The 2021 PAAR Board of Directors included:
President Tina Seeley, Immediate Past President Jeff Bashaw, President-elect George Beitzel, First Vice President Faye Humphrey, Treasurer Tricia Michelson, Treasurer-elect Lynn Kent, Chief Executive Officer Amanda Creel, Appraiser Director Karen Donelson-O’Reilly, Commercial Director Angela Sumner, Property Management Director Diane Tenison, Affiliate Director Emily Denny, and Directors: Kyle Braddock, Kellen Hoskins, Holly Meneou, Gordon Sampson, Jeanelle Shearer, and Ben Zallaha.
“I am eager to continue the efforts of the leaders who have paved the way for our association’s success,” said Tina Seeley following her installation as the 2021 PAAR President. “I know we will continue to make great strides in 2021, and I look forward to working with our members and our community as we continue to rebound from the pandemic.”
The annual installation event allows Realtors from throughout the association and state to gather and celebrate the accomplishments of their peers during 2020. PAAR also recognized its 2020 committee chairs and vice-chairs, RAPAC Major Investors, and Officers and Directors for their contributions to the association during the event.
“PAAR was blessed with amazing volunteer leaders in 2020, who continued to pivot to meet the needs of our members throughout the unexpected challenges of 2020,” said Amanda Creel, PAAR’s CEO. “We are delighted to honor our members as we celebrate, those members who gave of their time and talents to ensure the future success of the real estate industry in the Quad Cities.”
