About Us

Here at Prescott eNews, we think there's a lot going on in the Prescott quad-city area. And, yes, we know that bad news happens, but we also know that a lot more good news happens. So, we intend to tell lots of good news, while not ignoring the bad news.

Although there are some online news sites for the Prescott area, there aren't many that seem to take advantage of the medium of the internet. Here at Prescott eNews, we know the difference between putting a book or a newspaper online, and using the Internet to its full potential. And we think it's time that a quality news website makes its home in Prescott, Arizona.

How Old Are You?

Ssshhhh...! Don't tell anyone, but we launched our beta site in June, 2007. So, yeah, we're the new kid on the block. Well, at least for this particular site. But, our staff has been designing websites for nearly 10 years, and are also accomplished Photoshop digital artists, writers, photographers and design instructors. What all that means is that just because this particular site is new, it doesn't mean that we don't know what we're doing.

Please use the contact form to send all comments and suggestions. We look forward to hearing from you.

sundayreview2.jpgDid you catch Sunday Review over the weekend?

Sunday Review is a new feature on Prescott eNews where we offer reviews of movies, plays, restaurants, books or any other kind of event. But, we don't want it to be only our opinions, we want you to send in your reviews of your favorite eating spots or entertainment experiences.

So, how about it? Have you curled up with a good book lately? Been pleasantly surprised by a new-to-you eatery in town? Watched a great movie wouldn't embarrass you to view with your kids or your parents? Maybe your kids went to a terrific concert... and want to tell us about it!

Here's how: Write your review, and if possible take a photo of something related. Maybe the book cover, or the plate of food. If you can 't find any kind of image to include, don't worry about it, our staff will try to handle that for you. Include your name and email, and even a phone number if you don't mind. Send them in by 10 am Saturday to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it !

We'll do a light edit, and publish it with your byline on Sunday morning! Remember, we're only interested in family-friendly content, so if it's really adult-oriented, this probably isn't your best venue.

In the meantime, just in case you missed this weekend's reviews of films from the Sedona Film Festival , here's a list, enjoy!
