Ssshhhh...! Don't tell anyone, but we launched our beta site in June, 2007. So, yeah, we're the new kid on the block. Well, at least for this particular site. But, our staff has been designing websites for nearly 10 years, and are also accomplished Photoshop digital artists, writers, photographers and design instructors. What all that means is that just because this particular site is new, it doesn't mean that we don't know what we're doing.

On Saturday, September 15, the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office responded to three separate injury accidents that required emergency air-lifts.

At approximately 2:45 AM, a 2005 Kia, driven by 28-year-old Robert Rouell Upchurch of Chino Valley, lost control of his vehicle on Road 3 North at Koolridge Way and rolled the car through a fence and into a residential yard. Upchurch was air-lifted to Flagstaff Medical Center with unknown injuries. Upchurch had been witnessed prior to the accident running a stop sign at Road 3 North and Road 1 West. Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in this incident.

At approximately 4:00 PM, YCSO responded to a motorcycle accident on a dirt road just south of I-40 in Seligman. The driver, 48-year-old Michael James Walker of Seligman was injured when his motorcycle went down just past a cattle guard. He was air-lifted to Flagstaff Medical Center with unknown injuries. The exact cause of this accident is being investigated but excess speed is thought to be a possible factor.

At approximately 8:00 PM, YCSO responded to an injury accident involving a quad that had occurred about two (2) to four (4) miles from Crown King on the Senator Highway. 25-year-old Rodney Justin Douglas of Chino Valley was air-lifted to an undetermined hospital with possible head and arm injuries. His condition is unknown. The cause of the single vehicle accident is being investigated.

I read the report you did on Robert Rouell Upchurch. I can only hope that his arrogance and illegal activity has caught up to him this time. This guy has needed to be locked up behind bars for years and destroys everything in his path. I can only hope they throw the book at him and put him away for a very long time. You may not know that he has a long criminal history both in Arizona and San Bernadino County California. It is all public record both there and in Yavapai County. Everything from Sex Offences to Drugs and Drinking and Driving. In closing I can only hope that the Judge and Chino Valley Courts where he currently has an active case from earlier this year, will give him the justice he has earned. Given that we tax payers have to support him and all his illigetimate children from all these women, I'd rather that we do it with him in Prison. At least there he will have to hold a job and pay some sort of restitution.

Well, several months have past now since Robert Rouell Upchurch had his above mentioned accident. It was my hope that some jsutice would be had or that there would be some accountability. But, it looks like it is okay to go on crime sprees in Chino Valley if you are RObert Rouell Upchurch. He must be above the law. I am only adding this so that when he hurts or kills someone with his behavior that everyone can look at my words and ask why something wasn't done before it happened, while he was doing these illegal and dangerous things. We live in a society that has rule and laws the we all must obey to be safe and orderly. Unfortunately some people like Upchurch don't care and don't have to... we are showing him through lack of action that he doesn't have to care because he is above the laws. I myself, plan on watching to see where this all leads knowing that any crimminal activity can only lead one place Prison and this is my prayer for Robert Rouell Upchurch.
