Badgers Outscore Bears 234-180 to Spoil Bradshaw Mountain Home Finale

PRESCOTT VALLEY- The Prescott High School girl's and boy's swim teams each won eight of eleven races, respectively, to beat rival Bradshaw Mountain High School by a combined score of 234 to 180 on Thursday afternoon, October 19th, at Mountain Valley Splash in Prescott Valley.

The Badger boy’s swim team was lead by Harris Temple and Paul Kinach who each won three races. Temple finished first in the 200-yard medley relay, the 200-yard individual medley, and the 100-yard backstroke, while Kinach recorded the top time in the 200-yard freestyle, the 100-yard butterfly, and 400-yard freestyle relay.

In addition, the Badgers men's squad also received first-place finishes from Tate Bassett in the 50-yard freestyle and Dallin Jex in the 100-yard freestyle.

Meanwhile, Lacey Ingallina paced the Badgers girl’s swim team with a win in the medley relay and 400-yard free relay. Lily Deakin, Brea Christopherson, and Alycia Warren each added a first-place finish as well with Deakin winning the 200-yard individual medley, Christopherson the 100-yard backstroke and Warren the 100-yard breaststroke.

The Badgers end the regular season at the Skyline Aquatic Center in the Craig Cummins invite on Saturday, October 21st.
