Both teams came out running and gunning. The difference was that the Badgers were making smoe shots, while the Volunteers were missing them. Hicks finished with a game high 16 points and 7 rebounds.

The Badgers stretched the lead to 54-25 as seniors Dallin Jex and Dillan Osborn scored. Jex scored on an old fashioned three poiint play to make it 57-28. The final points of the night came when Matt Lopez came off the bench and hit a three pointer, much to the students sections delight.
