Did You Know That National Research Verifies Positive Relationships Between Littles and Their Bigs Have a Direct Impact on that Child’s Life?

Research shows children in Yavapai Big Brothers Big Sisters are 46% less likely to use drugs, 52% less likely to skip school, and 27% less likely to begin using alcohol than their peers, even those not facing adversity. You can help contribute to these impactful statistics by becoming a Big today!

Meet Riley, a shy 7 year old. He lives with his mom and older brother. Riley will thrive with individual attention from a stable male role model. He has not had opportunities to explore his community. Riley needs a patient Big Brother who will encourage him to try new things, but also allow Riley to develop the relationship at his pace.

Riley’s mom states he does well in school and is a smart boy. He has good relationships with his teachers and friends at school. When he grows up Riley would like to be a Forest Ranger. He is excited to have a Big Brother who will introduce him to different activities and have adventures together.
