On Tuesday, September 18, at approximately 8:10 PM, a Yavapai County Sheriff&amp;rsquo;s Deputy who was traveling on I-17 about 8 miles from Cordes Junction, observed a panel van bearing Alabama license plates that was being driven erratically. The deputy initiated a traffic stop on the van and made contact with the driver, who identified himself with a Mexican Voter&amp;rsquo;s Registration card as 30-year-old Chavo Granado-Hernandez.&lt;br /&gt;
