About Us

Here at Prescott eNews, we think there's a lot going on in the Prescott quad-city area. And, yes, we know that bad news happens, but we also know that a lot more good news happens. So, we intend to tell lots of good news, while not ignoring the bad news.

Although there are some online news sites for the Prescott area, there aren't many that seem to take advantage of the medium of the internet. Here at Prescott eNews, we know the difference between putting a book or a newspaper online, and using the Internet to its full potential. And we think it's time that a quality news website makes its home in Prescott, Arizona.

How Old Are You?

Ssshhhh...! Don't tell anyone, but we launched our beta site in June, 2007. So, yeah, we're the new kid on the block. Well, at least for this particular site. But, our staff has been designing websites for nearly 10 years, and are also accomplished Photoshop digital artists, writers, photographers and design instructors. What all that means is that just because this particular site is new, it doesn't mean that we don't know what we're doing.

Imagine this artwork, painted by Clareen Barrett , on the side of your suitcase! You'll never get it confused at the airport again!
It's rainy and drizzly and kind of chilly. No worries. Want something to do toay?

It's A Paint-In

As far as anyone knows, it's the first event of it's kind in Prescott, and maybe elsewhere, too, and it's happening today. It's the Paint-In taking place at the Krol Gallery this afternoon, from 1:30 - 4:30.

Bring that special something you want to make more beautiful, pick out an artist, and watch your object change before your very eyes.

With prices starting at just $35, it just might be the best opportunity you'll ever have to own an original, unique piece by a world-class artist. And, besides, it's never too soon to think about Christmas gifts!

One more thing - bring your sense of fun and a few giggles besides, because, according to Natalie Krol, owner of the Krol Gallery , this promises to be a time to just have a blast!

Covenant31

Who knows? It just may be the newest popular band, and it's based here in Prescott! And you can hear Covenant31 yourself this evening as they hold a fund-raising concert to help raise money for recording studio costs. And you can be a part of that and even say you knew them 'when'. Check out the full story about Covenant31 .

The concert is tonight at 6:30 pm at the Church at Glassford Hill, 8075 Prescott Ridge Road in Prescott Valley.
